| At the bottom of Shepherds's Bush Rd there is a Bus Lane on the off-side of the road that runs for about 15 metres. I have been fined for entering into that lane for what must have been about 3 seconds when there was no bus in sight, either behind or in front of me, and where the build up of rush-hour traffic was released onward by my moving forward. Should cars be fined in such circumstances where there is clearly no obstruction for buses and where the transgression is for such a short period? I would welcome the local inhabitants perspective? |
