| NHS NW London (the collaboration of 8 NW London CCGs) must give some hint about what it intends to do with the Hammersmith, Charing Cross and Parsons Green UCCs. It is simply not good enough to keep them closed with no news. For the last couple of months the Parsons Green one was used as a Covid testing centre. They were originally set up alongside the hospitals to offer care for minor injuries and less urgent conditions, as an alternative to trying to book an appointment with a (overstretched) GP. If these UCCs are not being used to testing, what are they being used for? |
