| I'm sure when I walked past the Black Lion weeks ago they ha a portaloo outside. Loos need to be cleaned more regularly at this time when we need to so careful of touching surfaces so public loos are not somewhere anybody would want to spend much time. Drinking 16 pints of beer in one go as we have seen in the news is obviously not a good idea!
