| Be careful about eyeballing the Bobs. Being a man I suppose I was a likely target, but I was immediately approached and threatened. I have several times written to the Borough Commander to say that these pests need some pro-active policing. For a start they might like to check out the White City Estate after dark and get them as they come out without lights. But to no avail. Just as great a nuisance and threat is the pavement cyclist who does it to make a statement - ie "What are you going to do about it?". I saw one haring down the pavement by the market ringing his bell to get people out of the way. It beggars belief. |
