The Council may about to be forced to stop publishing its propaganda newspaper but it is stil regaling us with how marvellous it is with all these banners hanging from lampposts. They serve no purpose other than to promote Conservative rule of the area and give us an insight into what it must have been like to live under Chairman Mao. Surely this must be illegal and an effective local opposition would have put a stop to it. |
