Any more details of these boys - age, skin etc. I live close to the Sinclair Rd area and I see the same occurance of youths or even young men peering into every car whether old or new. This occurance happens in the area between Brook Green and Blythe Rd. What part of the Sinclair Rd did these boys target as it would be interesting whether any particular area is targetted and where these people orginate from, for example Shepards Bush or the area around Sinclair Rd and Blythe Road.
