| This is spot-on!: "But the Council just sees the money, money, money to be made from the new flats (luxury overseas owners, of course. No riff-raff...)" But is there not a legal requirement for all these developments (this one, Fulham Reach, Sovereign Court etc...) to include some affordable housing? None of them seem to...how do they get away with it? |
