| Thanks Richard for those additional pieces of information and that "Old maps" link. In Barbara Denny's book (ISBN 0-948667-32-x on page 31, there is a further map of the Wilson's Road area...showing the historical happenings from c1770 to about 1960. You can see the carve up of that area. Regarding 19th Century OS maps Richard..I just have Nos 69 / 70/ 71/ 83/84/85/96/ and Osterley Park 20.03. There is 1873 OS map of Hammersmith and Fulham No.86. I'll post Barbara Denny's map next page. |
